Welcome to Briar Rose Garden, a Kentucky Proud Flower & Berry Farm

Briar Rose Garden’s cutting garden is open to the public as a you-pick during the growing season (June-October).  We are dependent on Mother Nature as to what flowers are in bloom and when, so it is always good to check our website or call ahead for word on what’s in bloom. Call 270-202-7152, or check this website, Instagram, or our Facebook page for flower blooming schedule updates. Email us at: briarrosegarden@gmail.com

Frequently Asked Questions:

What are your hours? The you-pick is open in season (June 1-October 31) depending on Mother Nature’s schedule, and  from dawn to dusk. Early spring you-pick opportunities for tulips will be posted on our FaceBook and Instagram pages. Call or message us for information specific to your needs.

Where do I go? Once you arrive at Briar Rose Garden, 7791 Cemetery Rd., pull into the drive and park next to the white Flower Cottage. If you didn’t bring a bucket or clippers,  grab either a pitcher or bucket and scissors from the Flower Cottage.

How much are flowers? Flowers are sold by the pitcher, bucket, or stem. A pitcher of flowers is $15, a bucket of flowers is $25.  Prices are posted at the stand.

I just want a bouquet. We usually have a selection of  freshly picked pre-made bouquets in the stand. If you need one or several pre-made for a special occasion and want a guarantee that there will be enough bouquets in the stand, call a day or so ahead, and we can fill your order. Prices will vary according to size.

Where  do I pay? If you don’t see us out working in the garden, no worries.  The You-pick is self-service and operates on the honesty system. Payment can be made at the Flower Cottage. You may deposit your check or cash in the honesty box, or pay via debit or credit by scanning the QR codes posted, or by Venmo @briar_rose_garden.

Do you provide florals for events? Yes. For events, weddings, and other custom floral offerings, we can sit down and discuss your needs.

Spend a few minutes or an hour or two. We opened the farm for folks to enjoy a bit of fresh country air, sunshine, and of course, flowers.
